Quickspin has recently partnered with Entain with a focus on the Spanish markets. Quickspin, a Swedish slot developer owned by Playtech, is known for creating modern casino content with popular titles like Sakura Fortune, Temple of Paw, and Spinions. These games will now be available on Entain’s Spanish-facing platforms, including partycasino.es, bwin.es, and partypoker.es.
Joseph Franklin, the Director of Commercial Operations at Quickspin, expressed his satisfaction with the partnership, stating that launching Quickspin in the Spanish market has been a rewarding project. He highlighted Entain as the first chosen partner, emphasizing their expertise and strong presence in the market to deliver a top-tier gaming experience to new players.
This partnership comes as part of Quickspin’s expansion into the European market, having recently gone live with Rank in the UK and Snaitech in Italy. On the other hand, Entain has recently concluded a Strategic Review to strengthen its geographical presence by diversifying its portfolio and brands, aiming to drive organic revenue growth in targeted markets.
Both companies are strategically looking towards the Spanish market to achieve their growth goals, considering the recent 11% increase in gross gaming revenue (GGR) for Q1 2024 compared to the previous quarter. The total GGR of €350.7m ($381m) marked a 15% year-on-year increase, as reported by the Directorate General for the Regulation of Gambling (DGOJ).
